John Elmore — Funeral services for John Elmore, whose death occurred Saturday, 
were held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, yesterday morning at 10 o’clock, with the 
Rev. Thomas J. Walsh, officiating. The Rev. P. P. Brennan, the Rev. E. A. Brosnan 
and the Rev. F. V. Bambrick were present in the sanctuary. There were a number of 
floral offerings. The casket was covered with a pall of pink roses, 
chrysanthemums, carnations and fern. During the service, several selections were 
rendered by the choir of St. Mary’s Academy, with Miss Anna Gargano, accompanist. 
Interment was in St. Mary’s Cemetery. The pallbearers were J. C. Spalding, Frank 
O’Connor, B. J. King, George M. Heppel, Maurice 0. Casey, C. W. Gerloff, Sr., John 
R. Kilgour, and Rudolph Bartol. Services at the grave were conducted by the Rev. 
E. A. Brosnan, and the Rev. P. P. Brennan.
