NORFOLK—Raymond A. Emanuelson, 69, of 159 Ridgeley Circle, vice president of 
Thalia Industrial Contracting Co., Virginia Beach, died Thursday at 9:55 p.m. in 
his home.
He was a son of Charles V. and Mrs. Frances Wozelka Emanuelson, a lifelong 
resident of Norfolk, and a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. 
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Elaine Burnett Emanuelson; a daughter, Mrs. Olin S. 
Catlett of Norfolk; a son, Raymond A. Emanuelson Jr. of Roanoke; a sister, Sister 
M. Charles Vincent of Buffalo, N.Y.; two brothers, Belford J. Emanuelson of 
Florida and Edward F. Emanuelson of Norfolk; and six grandchildren. The Rosary was 
recited in H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments Friday night. A funeral service will be 
held in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church today at 11 a.m.
