CHESAPEAKE — Antonina Dumara Ene, 91, of 1317 Altoona St., a native of Tarnow, 
Poland, and the widow of John Ene, died Thursday in a hospital.
Mrs. Ene had retired as a seamstress and a men’s tailor. She was a member of St. 
Matthew’s Catholic Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Ilena Thompson of Palm Desert, Calif., and 
Christine Wilson of Chesapeake; three sons, Edward Paul Ene of Chesapeake, George 
John Ene of Nashville, Tenn., and John Ene Jr. of Washington; a sister, Katie 
Wendolkowska of De Funiak Springs, Fla.; 10 grandchildren; and 14 great-
grandchildren.
The graveside service will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Monday in St. Mary’s 
Catholic Cemetery by the Rev. James R. Guttendorf.
The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, from 3 to 
4 p.m. Sunday.
