Epes, died last night at 8 o'clock at the residence of her brother-in-law, Joseph A. Barlow, 936 Park avenue. She was a native of Princess Anne County, but had resided here for 50 years. She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Barlow and Mrs. George W. Barcroft, of Norfolk; one step son, R.M. Epes, South Hill, and a daughter, Mrs. Percy Cake, of Norfolk. She was a member of the Park Avenue Baptist Church. Funeral arrangements will be completed later. ******************* Mrs. Mary Virginia Epes-- Funeral services for Mrs. Epes, whose death occurred Wednesday night at 5 o'clock at the residence of her brother-in-law, J.A. Barlow, 936 Park avenue, will be held at 3 o'clock this afternoon at Park Avenue Baptist Church. The pastor, Rev. Floyd T. Holland, will officiate. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
