New Journal and Guide (1916-2003) Feb 12,1972
Los Angeles -- Frank Howard Epps,45, of 5044 Ferndale street, a native of
Norfolk, died in a hospital.
  He was the husband of Mrs. India Epps and a son of Clarence Epps and Mrs.
Audrey Epps Williams of Norfolk.
  He was a self-employed interior decorator and a member of Church of God and
Saints of Christ.
  Besides his widow and parents, surviving are a daughter, Miss Irene Epps, all
of Norfolk.

  Services were held in Union Congregational Christian Church by the Rev. Joseph
M. Copeland.  Burial was in Calvary Cemetery, with Riddick Funeral Service in
charge of arrangements.
