ESPY The funeral of Mrs. Mary T. Espy, widow of David Espy, will take place at 10 a.m. today at St. Mary's Catholic Church, and will be conducted by Rev. John J. Doherty. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Mrs. Espy died Wednesday night at the home of her grandson, William R. Johnson, Jr., Wentworth Apartments, DeBree Avenue and Thirty-first Street. She was 83 years old and was a sister of the late M. Glennan of Norfolk. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. William R. Johnson, Sr., seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was well known and highly esteemed. ****************************************************************************** The funeral of Mrs. Mary T. Espy took place yesterday at 10 o’clock at St. Mary’s Catholic church, conducted by Rev. J. J. Doherty, and was largely attended. The coffin was covered with a pall of chrysanthemums, carnations, roses and ferns. There were many floral offerings. Burial was in St. Mary's cemetery. The pallbearers were: J. R. Coleman, T. S. Fitzgibbon, S. C. Phillips, J. A. Baecher, M. McKevltt, John Mariner, W. M. Hannan and C. O. Bell.
