The Virginian Pilot Wednesday November 26, 1958 
Norfolk-Miss Rosa Nash Etheredge, of 511 E. Main St., Berkley, died Tuesday 
at 7:30 a.m. in a Norfolk nursing home after a long illness.
A native of Berkley, she had lived in this area all her life. Her late 
parents were John Norfleet and Mrs. Indie Hodges Etheredge.
She attended private schools in Berkeley and the Ryland Institute, Berkley. 
For many years she had been active in St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in 
Berkley. She was a member of old St. Paul’s Episcopal Church.
The body was taken to Sykes Funeral Home, Berkley, where funeral services 
will be conducted Friday at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
