Norfolk Virginian Pilot Friday July 10, 1953

Theodore Cornell Etheredge, 61, of Route 3, Princess Anne County, died en route 
to De Paul Hospital Wednesday at 10:10 p.m. following a heart attack. He was 
pronounced dead on arrival.
He had been a lifelong resident of Princess Anne County.
In addition to his wife, Mrs. Mary Virginia Martin Etheredge, he is survived by 
a daughter, Mrs. Allen Gettel, of Urbanna; a son, V.R. Etheredge, of Princess 
Anne County; a sister, Mrs. Gussie Berry, of Norfolk and three grandchildren.
The body was removed to the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home.

Theodore Cornell Etheredge - Funeral services for Mr. Etheredge will be 
conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home Sunday at 3 p.m. by the Rev. Arnold 
B. Blount, pastor of the Kempsville Baptist Church. Burial will be in the 
Magnolia Cemetery.
