Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark January 31, 1914

Miss Julia Etheredge, daughter of Luther Etheredge of Butts Road, Norfolk 
County, and granddaughter of the late Major William H. Etheredge, died at 
12:30 o'clock yesterday morning at the residence of her aunt, Mrs. F.P. 
Williamson, 738 North Windsor Avenue.  She was 37 years old.  Miss Etheredge 
is survived by her parents, two sisters, Mrs. Caroll Williamson and Mrs. 
Leonard Stokes and three brothers, Marvin, Travis and Vernon Etheredge.
The funeral will be held at the residence at 2 o'clock this afternoon.  
Services will be conducted by Rev. J.K. Jolliff, pastor of McKendree Methodist 
Church.  Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery, Berkley.
