He was a native of Norfolk and is survived by four brothers, Luther, Melcanthon, William T. and Henry B. Etheredge, all of this county; two sisters, Mrs. E.H. Whitehurst and Miss Mattie R. Etheredge of South Norfolk. The funeral services will be conducted at the Oak Grove Methodist Church, of which he was a member, this afternoon at 3 o'clock by Rev. T.W. Ogden, pastor of the Methodist Church of that place, and burial will be in the family lot in Magnolia Cemetery. The pallbearers will be Nathan J. Bray, C.M. Williamson, J.H. Parr, E.E. Marten, W.N.
