For the past 16 years Mr. Etheridge was identified with Best Food, Inc., and at the time of his death was a supervisor. Besides his wife he is survived by a son, William B. Etheridge, of Norfolk; a brother, Dennis B. Etheridge, of Norfolk; two nieces, Mrs. V.D. Wright, of Norfolk, and Mrs. F.J. Riley, of Portsmouth Mr. Etheridge was a member of the Park Place Baptist Church and a charter member of the Bible School and had served as its treasurer for 20 years. His fraternal organizations include Corinthian Lodge No. 266, A.F. & A.M., Scottish Rite Bodies and Khedive Temple, A.A.O.N.M.S. The body will be taken from the Ewell & Williamson Funeral Home to the Park Place Baptist Church for funeral services Sunday at 3 p.m. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
