Norfolk Ledger-Dispatch February 21, 1936
Harry Lloyd Etheridge, aged 50, died at a local hospital yesterday morning at 8 
o'clock after a long illness. He was a native of Norfolk and had resided here all 
of his life. He was the son of the late William H. Etheridge and Mrs. Marie Dozier 
Etheridge. The body will be taken from the funeral home of James V. Derry, 346 
West Princess Anne road, to Elmwood Cemetery for funeral services at the grave 
this afternoon at 4:30 o'clock. The Rev. H. L. Hastings, pastor of the Fairmount 
M. E. Church, will officiate.
