Hollomon, "Rustic Cottage," Willoughby Beach, after a week's illness, aged 86 years. He is survived by a son, W.H. Etheridge, of Norfolk and two daughters, Mrs. D.N. Hollomon, of Willoughby Beach and Mrs. J.C. Frances, of Elizabeth, N.J. He was well known and greatly esteemed. He was a member of the Park Avenue Baptist Church and of Pickett-Buchanan Camp, Confederate Veterans, having been a member of the 64th Regiment, Mahone's Brigade, and served through the War Between the States. The funeral takes place at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Park Avenue Baptist Church, the pastor, Rev. J.T. Riddick, officiating.
