NORFOLK - Mrs. Estelle R. Etheridge of 2333 Barre St. died Monday in a hospital.
  A native of Norfolk, she was a daughter of Mrs. Laura Almond Robinson and the
late Rev. Charles W. Robinson and the wife of Benjamin F. Etheridge.
  A retired beautician, she was a member of St. John A.M.E Church, Bute Street,
and organist of its gospel choir, Sunday School and orchestra.  She was also a
member of the Huntersville Flower Club and local, state and national
beauticians' associations.
  Besides her mother and husband she is survived by two foster daughters, Miss
Susie R. Hill of Norfolk and Mrs. Estelle B. Avery of New York, NY; and three
grandchildren.
