Willoughby W. Etheridge — Funeral services for Mr. Etheridge were held yesterday 
morning at 10 o'clock at St. Mary's Catholic Church, the Rev. A. J. Taylor 
officiating. Father Taylor paid a very high tribute to the Christian life and 
character of the deceased. Several selections were rendered by the choir of St. 
Mary's Female Academy. There was a large attendance and many floral offerings. The 
casket was covered with clusters of gladiolus, dahlias and roses. Burial was in 
St. Mary's Cemetery. Pallbearers were W. E. Chambers, W. A. West, W. H. Hawkins, 
W. F. Hall, E. A. Binns, and J. E. Parr.
