He was a native of Hertford County, N.C. and had made his home in this section 28 years ago. He is survived by two sons, C.F Eure, of South Norfolk and Edward W. Eure, of Princess Anne County and one daughter, Mrs. Bertie Drake, of Chicago. He was a member of Oakdale Lodge No. 70, I.O.O.F. and Chesapeake Avenue Methodist Church, South Norfolk. The body was removed to the funeral home of Graham and Sykes, Jackson and Jefferson streets, South Norfolk. Funeral service will be conducted in the Chesapeake Avenue Methodist Church Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
