NORFOLK - Mrs. Mamie B. Evans, 60, of 1030 Church St. died Wednesday in a hospital.
  A native of Raleigh, NC, she was a member of Church of God in Christ.
  Surviving is a daughter, Miss Eutta Overton.
  A funeral service will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. in Church of God in Christ by
the Rev. L. L. Jackson.  Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery with Citizens
Funeral Home in charge.
