Virginian Pilot March 13, 1906

EWELL - At the residence of his son, J.T. Ewell, No. 141 Avenue A. Atlantic 
City, Monday, March 12, 1906, at 10 p.m. JESSE EWELL, aged 92 years.
The funeral will take place Wednesday March 14, at 3 p.m., from the above 
residence. Friends of the family invited to attend.

The funeral of Jesse Ewell, father of J.T, Ewell, was held from the residence, 
No. 141 Avenue A, Atlantic City Ward at 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon.  The 
service was conducted by Rev. George W. Wray, pastor of Luke's Memorial 
Methodist Church, and the interment was in Elmwood Cemetery.  The following were 
the pallbearers: Dr. A.B. Herstand, T.R. Penman, J.H. Shumadine, A.W. Davis, 
Charles Whitman and J.B. Blitz.
