NORFOLK - Joseph R. Fabiszewski, 66, of the 2600 block of Chesapeake Blvd., died 
peacefully in his home June 3, 2001. Mr. Fabiszewski was a native of Pittsburgh, 
Pa., and was the widower of Lorraine T. Fabiszewski. He retired from the U.S. Navy 
and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a member of Christ the King Catholic 
Church.

Survivors include a son, Ricky Bruun and his wife, Anna; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. 
Joseph R. Fabiszewski; a sister, Patty Uhrin and her daughter, Lisa; two brothers, 
Bob Fabiszewski and his wife Mary, Billy Fabiszewski and his wife, Denise; three 
grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. today at St. Mary's Cemetery by 
the Rev. Father Brian Rafferty. Memorial donations may be made to Disabled 
American Veterans, Norfolk Chapter No. 4, 2428 Ingleside Road, Norfolk, VA 23513. 
H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements.
