Virginian Pilot and Norfolk Landmark Saturday November 29, 1924
Charles Floyd Face, 62, died at the residence of his sister, Mrs. T.C. White, 936 
Cambridge crescent, yesterday morning at 11:20 o'clock.  He was a native of 
Norfolk and had lived here practically all his life.  He was a son of the late 
James P. and Mrs. Sallie L. Face and was a member of Cloverdale Lodge, A.F. and 
A.M. of Brooklyn, N.Y.  He is survived by his sister; two nephews, William H. and 
T.C. White, Jr. and three cousins, Mrs. M.D. Runaldue, of Norfolk, J.W Dunbar, of 
Washington, D.C. and George S. Face, of Norfolk.  Funeral services will be 
conducted at the home of Mrs. White tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock.  Burial will 
be in Elmwood Cemetery.
