The Norfolk Virginian Pilot January 30, 1940 

Miss Lorena B. Face, aged 69 years, daughter of the late Capt. William H. and 
Mrs. Sarah Dunbar Face, a native and resident of Norfolk, died Sunday at a 
local hospital. She is survived by one sister, Mrs. James E. Wright, of Norfolk.

Services will be held at the chapel of the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 1501 
Colonial Avenue, this afternoon at 3:30 o’clock, with the Rev. Robert H. 
Gamble, of Christ and St. Luke’s Church, officiating. Interment in Elmwood 
Cemetery.
