Virginian Pilot March 14, 1911

Miss Lillie Face died at the home of her mother, 152 Botetourt Street, at an early 
hour yesterday morning after an illness of one year. The deceased was the daughter 
of Mrs. Elizabeth W. Face and the late Edward W. Face of this city. Besides her 
mother, she is survived by two brothers and three sisters, Walter E. and Geo. S. 
Face, of Norfolk; Mrs. Kate Ferguson and Mrs. W.A. Minter of Norfolk and Mrs. A.J. 
Reid of Baltimore. She was a member of the Second Presbyterian Church. The funeral 
will be held from the residence of her mother at 10:30 o'clock a.m. Wednesday.
