Daniel "Dan" Edward Falls, 45, of the 600 block of W. Princess Anne Road, a 
certified public accountant, died April 22, 1993, in his home.

Mr. Falls was a certified public accountant with the firm of McPhillips Leiland & 
Deans, P.C. A native of Norfolk, he was a graduate of Old Dominion University and 
a member of its Alumni Association. He was a veteran of the Air Force and was a 
member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Norfolk and a former member of its 
parish council. Mr. Falls was a member of Virginia Society of Certified Public 
Accountants; American Society of Certified Public Accountants; The Ryan Club of 
Norfolk; and was a former board member of Birthright and of Catholic Charities of 
Hampton Roads.

Survivors include his mother, Kathleen McPhillips Falls of Norfolk; two sisters, 
Kathleen Falls Moore of Franklin, Va., and Maureen Falls Gangewere of Newport, 
R.I.; two brothers, Charles Joseph Falls of Virginia Beach and John Terence 
"Terry" Falls of Norfolk; six nieces and one nephew.

A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 24, in 
Sacred Heart Catholic Church by Father John J. Dorgan. Burial will be in St. 
Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Norfolk. A Christian wake service will held in the 
funeral home this evening at 7:30 p.m. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk Chapel, 
is handling arrangements.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
