Norfolk Virginian-Pilot  August 2, 1946

Lorenzo Falzon, 49, husband of Mrs. Ardith Ireland Falzon, died in a Catawba 
hospital yesterday morning after a long illness.
A native of Hamrun, Malta, he had resided in Norfolk for the past 21 years. He 
was the son of Joseph and Mrs. Conchetti Falzon and a member of St. Mary's 
Catholic Church.
Surviving him besides his wife, are four daughters, Miss Mary E. Falzon, Miss 
Annie Lee Falzon, Miss Margaret Dean Falzon, and Alice Faye Falzon; three sons, 
Dennis Falzon, Jimmy Falzon and Troy Falzon, all of Norfolk; a sister, Mrs. 
Rafella Camilleri, of Malta.
The body will be taken from the James V. Derry Funeral Chapel Saturday morning 
to St. Mary's Catholic Church for requiem mass at 10 o'clock. Rosary services 
will be held in the Derry Funeral Chapel tonight at 8 o'clock. Burial will be in 
St. Mary's cemetery.

Lorenzo Falzon — The body of Mr. Falzon was taken from the James V. Derry 
Funeral Chapel yesterday morning to St. Mary’s Catholic Church, where requiem 
mass was celebrated at 10 o’clock. The Rev. Father Richard H. Rivard was the 
celebrant and the Rev. Father Leo Creamer was present in the sanctuary. 
Pallbearers were Harry Perkenson, Charlie Corvana, Dennis and Johnnie Coutavas, 
Angelo Mandlos and Marino Jerlando. Burial was in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
