Virginian Pilot, Tuesday, November 14,1961
Norfolk - Mrs. Julia Farrington, 85, of 1221 Marshall Ave., died Sunday
afternoon in her home after a long illness.

She was a daughter of Theodore and Mrs. Julia Delk and the widow of George
Farrington. She was a native of Norfolk and was a member of the Daughter of Elks
and Bethlehem Baptist Church where she served in the Missionary Circle.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Rebecca Washington and Mrs. Alberta Johnson of
Norfolk.

The body was taken to Morning Glory Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held
in Bethlehem Baptist Church Sunday at 1 p.m. by the Rev. J. Q. A. Lassiter.
Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
