Chesapeake - Funeral rites for Mrs. Ella Faulkner of 936 Costa avenue were held
Dec. 4 in First Baptist Church, Bute Street. The Rev. H. T. Myers officiated.
She died Nov. 30 in a local hospital.

The Littleton, NC, native was a daughter of the late Robert and Mrs. Almeda
Mosby and the widow of Isaac E. Faulkner.

She was a member of the Senior Female Usher Board, and Mammie E. Gordon
Missionary Circle of First Baptist Church, Bute Street. She was also a member of
Lindenwood Garden Club.

Surviving are three sons, Isaac D. Faulkner of Charlotte, NC, Charles D.
Faulkner of Norfolk and Donald W. Faulkner of New York; two daughters, Mrs.
Almeda Lightfoot of Chesapeake and Mrs. Ella E. Bullock of Norfolk; nine
grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Interment was in Calvary Cemetery with Hale Funeral Home in charge.
