Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - March 28, 1996
Signora E. ''Sister'' Felton, 80, of the 6600 block of Poe Court, died March 25, 
1996, in her home. 

She was a native of Virginia Beach and a member of First Calvary Baptist Church, 
Norfolk. 

She is survived by her husband, Theodora Felton; daughter, Janette S. Jordan of 
Detroit, Mich.; sister, Mildred S. Brown of Norfolk; two grandchildren; and two 
great-grandchildren. 

A funeral will be conducted at noon Saturday by Dr. Johnnie L. White in First 
Calvary Baptist Church, Norfolk. The remains will be placed in the church at 10 
a.m. Saturday. Family and friends will assemble at the residence on Saturday at 
11 a.m. for the funeral procession. Hale Funeral Home is in charge.
