Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Sunday, December 8, 1996 
Theodore Felton, 81, of the 6600 block of Poe Court, passed away Dec. 6, 1996,
in his home.

A native of Hertford, N.C., he was a retired mechanic of Tidewater Regional
Transit. He was the widower of Signora E. Felton. Deacon Felton was a member of
First Calvary Baptist Church where he served on the board of deacons and was
affiliated with many other organizations. He was also a member of the Masonic
New Light Lodge (NU)196.

A funeral will be held at noon Tuesday in First Calvary Baptist Church with the
Rev. J.L. White. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . The remains will lie in
state from 10 a.m. until the hour of the service. Hale Funeral Home is handling
arrangements.
