Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - January 28, 1994
Blanch Hundley Fentress, 98, of the 8100 block of Foxdale Drive, died Jan. 26, 
1994, in a Norfolk hospital. 
Mrs. Fentress was born in Norfolk and was the widow of Wilson I. Fentress. She 
was a member of Central Baptist Church where she has a window dedicated in her 
name. 
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Jean Fentress Fulcher of Norfolk; seven 
grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren; and a 
nephew, John Hundley Freesland of Charleston, S.C. She was pre-deceased by a 
son, Martin Hundley Fentress. 
A funeral will be conducted at 2p.m. Saturday at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, 
Tidewater Drive Chapel, by the Rev. Charles Blalock. Burial will be in Forest 
Lawn Cemetery. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today. 
Memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
