Virginian-Pilot May 27, 1943
FENTRESS, ELLIS ROACHE — At the Kecoughtan Hospital, Tuesday morning, May 25, 
1943, at 3:45 o'clock, ELLIS ROACHE FENTRESS, husband of Selma Duke Fentress, and 
son of Mrs. Mamie Roache Fentress and the late John Fentress, in the 51st year of 
his age. Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home 
THURSDAY AFTERNOON, May 27, 1943, at 3:30 o'clock. Friends of the family invited 
to attend. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
