She was a lifelong resident of Norfolk, the widow of Joseph D. Fentress and daughter of William H. and Mrs. Martha A. Dozier Wood. She was a member of Epworth Methodist Church. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. H.B. Midkiff, of New York, a son, Hugh M. Fentress, of 2112 Delaware Avenue, East Fairmount Park; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. The body was taken to the Cox Funeral Home. ****************************************************************************** Mrs. Ada Wood Fentress - Funeral services for Mrs. Fentress, who died Wednesday, will be conducted at the Cox Funeral Home today at 3 p.m. by the Rev.
