MARY FENTRESS NORFOLK - Mrs. Mary Queena Prince Fentress, 71, of 208 Carlisle Way, died Friday at 10 p.m. in a Norfolk hospital after a long illness. She was the widow of Joseph Russell Fentress Sr. and a daughter of Michael H. and Mrs. Capitola Steele Prince. She was a lifelong resident of Norfolk. She is survived by a son, J. Russell Fentress Jr., and a daughter, Mrs. W. G. Moore, both of Norfolk; a brother, Michael H. Prince Jr., of Miami; four sisters, Mrs. Austin Blandell of Villanova, Pa., Mrs. Marshall Holt of Lynnhaven, Mrs. Horace Bluford, of Virginia Beach, and Mrs. Leon Goodwin, of Norfolk, and four grandchildren. The rosary will be recited in H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments Sunday at 8:30 p.m. A funeral service will be held in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, of which she was a member, Monday at 11 a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. DIED FENTRESS, MARY QUEENA PRINCE. At a local hospital, Friday, June 22, 1962, at 10 p.m., Mary Queena Prince Fentress, widow of Joseph Russell Fentress Sr., and daughter of the late Michael H. and Capitola Steele Prince, in the 72nd year of her age. Remains will be taken from the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church for services Monday morning at 11 o'clock. Friends of the family are invited to attend.
