Besides his wife he is survived by a daughter, Mrs. I.B. Miller, of Alexandria; two sons, S.E. Ferebee and J.C. Ferebee, both of the U.S. Navy; two sisters, Mrs. S.S. Barclift, of Norfolk, and Mrs. C.C. Ellis, of Richmond; three brothers, W.D. Ferebee, of Lynchburg; Phillip N. Ferebee, of Camden County, N.C., and Edwin N. Ferebee, of Elizabeth City, N.C.; four grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Mr. Ferebee was a member of the Baptist Church, Funeral services will be conducted privately at the Ewell & Williamson Funeral Home, Thirty-fifth street at Colonial avenue, tomorrow afternoon at 3:30 o'clock. Interment will be in Magnolia Cemetery. ****************** Pallbearers at the funeral service were: George M. Parker, Guy Jackson, Herbert M. Rice, T. Frank Totty, W.E. Williamson and G.J. Boyd.
