Norfolk Virginian Pilot November 14, 1954

FICARRA, JOSEPH - At a local hospital, Saturday, November 13, 1954, at 3:45 
a.m., JOSEPH FICARRA, son of the late Thomas and Mrs. Maria Ficarra, in the 75th 
year of his age. Remains will be taken from the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 
1501 Colonial Avenue, to Sacred Heart Catholic Church for funeral services 
MONDAY MORNING at 10 o'clock. Friends of the family are invited to attend.  
Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery.

Joseph Ficarra — Funeral services for Mr. Ficarra, who died Saturday, were 
conducted at Sacred Heart Catholic Church yesterday at 10 a.m. by the Rev. 
Vincent Campi. The Rev. Harris Findley and the Rev. Henry Magee were present in 
the sanctuary. Burial was in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Pallbearers were Frank 
Montagna, Tony Mollura, Dominic Lascara, Hugo Bernagozzi, Frank Iantosca and 
Mike Artese.
