Virginian Pilot November 9, 1975

J.E. Fairbanks Field, 64, of 1020 Oaklette Ave., died Saturday in a hospital.
A native of Norfolk, he was employed in the trucking business. He was an 
Episcopalian.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Eleanor Bradshaw and Mrs. Connie Arnold, 
both of Virginia Beach; a son, John F. (Buddy) Field of Norfolk; and five 
grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held Monday at 2 p.m. in Elmwood Cemetery by the 
Rev. William Hoffman. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, has 
charge. The family will be at the funeral home tonight from 7 to 9. The family 
suggests memorials to King's Daughters Children's Hospital
