Willie Fields, 52, 1012 Olney road, died May 5 at a local hospital at 3 a.m. He
was a native of Norfolk and the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Willie Fields. He
was employed by the Seaboard Ice Co.

Mr. Fields is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Fields; one son, Earl Fields; one
daughter, Mrs. Mary E. Forbes of Norfolk and four sisters and two brothers.

Services for Mr. Fields will be conducted May 11, at 1 p.m. at the Jerusalem
Baptist Church by the pastor, Rev. T. M. Venable. Burial will be in Calvary
Cemetery with Hale Funeral Home in charge.
