VIRGINIA BEACH — Agustin O. Filipinas, 79, of the 2500 block of Oconee Ave., a 
retired filter operator and rigger, died April 14, 1986, in a hospital.
Mr. Filipinas, a native of the Philippines, was a member of Star of the Sea 
Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife, Natividad Rogie Filipinas; two daughters, Aditha 
Montez and Emilita Dizon, both of the Philippines; two sons, Purisimo Filipinas of 
Virginia Beach and Renato Filipinas of the Philippines; and 17 grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday in Star of the Sea Catholic Church 
by the Rev. Raymond F. McIntyre. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery. 
H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Laskin Road, is handling arrangements.
