Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark June 1, 1919

Henry Finck, for the past half century a resident of Norfolk, died yesterday 
afternoon in his 82nd year, at his home, 234 Duncan Avenue.  He leaves his 
widow, a sister, Mrs. Fredericka Mattson of Charleston, S.C. and a brother, 
William H. Finck of Norfolk.  He was a member of the Second Presbyterian 
Church and of the Pickett-Buchanan Camp, Confederate Veterans.  The funeral 
services will take place tomorrow afternoon at 3:30 o'clock, Rev. D.N. 
McLaughlin, pastor of the Second Presbyterian Church, officiating.  The burial 
will be private in Elmwood Cemetery.
