Virginian Pilot July 17, 1986

Barbara Bell Finney of the 200 block of Poplar Ave. died July 14, 1986, in a 
hospital.
Mrs. Finney, a Norfolk native, was a former member of New Central Baptist 
Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Yvette Finney; and three sons, Quinton Finney, 
Ridgewell Finney Jr. and Kevin Humphries, all of Norfolk; a sister, Dorothy G. 
Phillips of Virginia Beach; and three brothers, George H. Bell, Willie Bell and 
Donnie Bell, all of Norfolk,
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday in Metropolitan Funeral Home by 
the Rev. George Henry.  Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.  The family will be 
at the residence, where they will meet at noon Friday.
