CHESAPEAKE — Gloria Stallings Fischer, 57, of 2879 E. Meadow Wood Drive died 
Monday in a hospital.
She was a native of Norfolk. She was a freelance interior decorator and was 
formerly employed by Richardson’s Interiors.
Survivors include her husband, Robert C. Fischer Sr.; two daughters, Stephanie 
Bartron of Virginia Beach and Jacqueline Wilkinson of Portsmouth; two 
stepdaughters, Brenda Glasmann of Denver and Benita Wilcox of Greensboro, N.C.; 
a son, Russell Lantis of Virginia Beach; a stepson, Bradley Fischer of 
Charlottesville; and five grandchildren.
A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Snellings Funeral Home, 
Churchland Chapel, by the Rev. Larry Schmidt. Burial will be in Elmwood 
Cemetery, Norfolk.
