Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - November 10, 1992
Quill W. Fisher, of Fort Belvoir, Va., formerly of Portsmouth and Norfolk, 
died at her home on Sunday evening, Nov. 8, 1992.

She was the wife of William G. Fisher; the mother of William G. Jr. and John 
W. Fisher; the sister of Ann W. Massey of Norfolk, and Lee W. Walker, Jr. of 
Portsmouth. Additionally, she is survived by seven grandchildren; and 12 great-
grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 11, at Elmwood 
Cemetery, Norfolk. Everly Wheatley Funeral Home in Alexandria is handling 
arrangements.
