Virginian Pilot Saturday, Oct. 16,1937
Mrs. Sarah Graham Fitchett, aged 89, widow of Thomas Fitchett, and daughter of
the late William and Mrs. Virginia Graham, a native and lifelong resident of
Norfolk, died at 2 o’clock yesterday morning at the residence of her son, James
C. Fitchett, 412 West Twenty-sixth street.  She is survived by two sons, James
C. and W. E. Fitchett;  two grandchildren;  four great-grandchildren, and
several nieces and nephews.  Services will be held at H. D. Oliver’s Funeral
Apartments, 610-12 East Freemason street, tomorrow afternoon at 3:30 o’clock
with the Rev. Frank L. Wells, D.D., pastor of Park Place Methodist Episcopal
Church, of which Mrs. Fitchett was a member, officiating.  Burial will be in
Elmwood Cemetery.
