Mr. William Fitchett, a well known citizen, died after a brief illness July
19,1921, at his home, 1533 Outten street. He was well and favorably known. His
funeral took place Friday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Bank Street Baptist
Church, Rev. C. M. Long officiating. The funeral was largely attended and there
were numerous floral designs. The burial took place in Calvary Cemetery. Mrs.
Ford sang, “Around the Great White Throne,” and Miss Sheppard, “Lead Kindly Light.”
