Helen Myrick Fitzgerald, 80, of the 1000 block of Dubois Drive, died Saturday, 
March 4, 1995, in Norfolk Health Care Center. 

Mrs. Fitzgerald was born in Petersburg, Va., and was the daughter of the late 
James and Bertha Myrick. She was a member of Queen Street Baptist Church and the 
Ideal Lodge. 

Survivors include her husband, Milton E. Fitzgerald of the home; two daughters, 
the Rev. Carolyn Brown of Prince George, Va., and Ann Hunter of Brooklyn, N.Y.; 
and six grandchildren. 

The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Queen Street Baptist Church 
by the Rev. Peter Wherry. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Viewing will be 
Wednesday from 2 to 8 p.m. in Riddick Funeral Service. The body will be placed 
in the church at 10 a.m. Thursday. The family will be at the funeral home 
Wednesday evening from 7 to 8 p.m.
