NORFOLK — Miss Ellen Mary FitzGibbon, 66. died Friday at 4:10 p.m. at a Norfolk 
hospital.
She was the daughter of Thomas S. and Mrs. Mary Cregan FitzGibbon and was a 
lifelong resident of Norfolk. She was a member of the Star of the Sea Catholic 
Church at Virginia Beach.
She is survived by one sister, Miss Cecelia M. FitzGibbon, and one brother, T. 
David FitzGibbon, both of Virginia Beach.
The body was taken to the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments where Rosary Services 
will be held Sunday night at 7:30 p.m.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Chapel 
Street. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Norfolk.
