Fitzpatrick, aged 71, husband of Mrs. Sarah Johnson Fitzpatrick and son of the late Farrell A. and Mrs. Margaret Gillerlain Fitzpatrick, a native of Norfolk County and a lifelong resident of this section, died at 3:40 o'clock yesterday morning at the residence, No. 3 Frontenac Apartments, 622 Graydon Park. He was a member of the Holy Name Society of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Besides his wife, Mrs. Sarah Johnson Fitzpatrick, he is survived by three daughters, Misses Regina and Margaret Fitzpatrick, of Norfolk and Sister Mary Regis, of the Franciscan Order of Richmond; seven sons, Farrell A., George V., Clarence T., Andrew F., Edward L., Joseph F. and J. Bernard Fitzpatrick, all of Norfolk; one sister, Mrs. J.J. Meehan, of Washington, and 12 grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Thursday morning at 10 o'clock. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. **************************************************************************** Joseph J. Fitzpatrick — Funeral services for Mr. Fitzpatrick, whose death occurred Monday at the residence, 3 Frontenac Apartments, 622 Graydon park, were held at 10 o’clock yesterday morning at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Rev. Paul V. Heller officiating. The Rt. Rev. Msgr. Thomas E. Waters, Rev. E. A. Brosnan, Rev. Vincent Warren, Rev. Patrick Tierney, and the Rev. E. W. Johnson, were present in the sanctuary. During the service, Mrs. Stark A. Sutton sang “Abide With Me," with Prof. J. Harvey Stevens organist. There was a large attendance and many floral offerings. The casket was covered with a pall of Easter lilies, pink roses and fern. Interment was in St. Mary’s Cemetery. The pallbearers were Edward S. Mahoney, E. L. Cote, J. T. Godfrey, Claude Fantone, James Moran, John Lawler, Dr. Albert V. Crosby and H. D. Oliver.
