NORFOLK — May Forrest Fitzpatrick, 79, of 3900 Llewellyn Ave., a lifelong resident 
of Norfolk, died Sunday in her home. She was the widow of Andrew Francis 
Fitzpatrick.
Survivors include a daughter, Beverly R. Lawler of Norfolk; and three 
grandchildren, Mrs. Lyn Lovick of Norfolk, Susan Murphy of Atlanta and Andrew 
Lawler of Chapel Hill, N.C.
A funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, with 
H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk, in charge. Memorial donations may be made 
to the Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters.

Additional Comments:
There is a discrepancy between the newspaper obit and the death certificate.  From 
the obit, she died Nov. 21, but the DC says she died on the 20th.
