A. Flagg, Popular Railway Employe, Dies George Austin Flagg died at 5 o'clock yesterday afternoon in his residence, 221 Court street, after a short illness. Mr. Flagg was a native of New York, but had lived here for many years. For 25 years he had been in the service of the Seaboard Air Line Railway as a clerk. He possessed an exceedingly amiable and courteous disposition which won for him a large circle of acquaintances. Mr. Flagg held membership in Trinity Episcopal Church, in the affairs of which he was quite active. He also held membership in the Knights of Pythias, the Odd Fellows and the Railway Clerks' Union. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Emma J. Flagg; two sons, Arthur R. Flagg, of Plainsfield, N.J. and John C. Flagg, of this city; a brother, Arthur S. Flagg, of Westfield, N.J. and three granddaughters. Funeral services will be conducted in Trinity Church at 11:30 o'clock tomorrow morning. Burial will take place in Magnolia Cemetery, Berkley.
