Norfolk Virginian July 2, 1895 

Mr. and Mrs. Fletcher Flanagan, of Corprew Avenue extension, had the misfortune 
to lose by death yesterday at 5 a.m., their little son, Arthur, in his fourth 
year.

FLANAGAN - At the residence of his parents, on Corprew Avenue, Brambleton, 
Monday morning, July 1st at 5 o'clock, ARTHUR FLANAGAN, son of Fletcher and 
Penny H. Flanagan, age 3 years and 4 months.
The funeral will take place THIS (Tuesday) MORNING at 11 o'clock from the 
residence. Friends and acquaintances respectfully invited to attend.

The funeral of Arthur Flanagan was preached at 11 a.m. yesterday at the 
residence of his parents, Mr. Fletcher and Mrs. Penny H. Flanagan, Corprew 
Avenue, Mr. Joshua Dozier officiating. Interment was in Elmwood.
