Funeral of Mr. Martin Flannagan.
The funeral of this old and prominent citizen took place this morning from St. 
Mary’s Catholic Church, and was largely attended by friends and acquaintances. The 
funeral services were conducted by Rev. Father W. Gaston Payne, assistant pastor, 
and the body was interred in the family lot in St. Mary’s Cemetery, and were 
followed to the ground by a long procession. The following gentlemen were the 
pallbearers: Messrs. D. Moloney, Wm. Newstead. D. R. Dunn, Wm. Donavan, John 
Dollard, Wm. Tynan.
